기원과 적용

누가복음에서 예수님은 탕자에 관한 비유를 말씀하셨습니다. 그는 집에서 나간 후, 아버지에게 받은 돈을 모두 써버렸습니다. 그런데 그 탕자가 다시 집으로 돌아갔을 때, 그 아버지는 깊은 연민을 가지고 달려 나와 아들을 끌어 안고 입을 맞추어 환영해 주었습니다. 아버지는 아들이 지난날에 저질렀던 일들을 용서했고, 아들이 돌아온 것을 환영하는 축제를 열기까지 했습니다.
