도살장에 끌려가는 양은 얼마나 끔찍한 일이 일어날 지 모른채 유쾌하지 않은 어떤 일을 겪어 파멸을 맞는 것을 의미합니다.

기원과 적용

이사야는 예수님이 태어나기 700년 전에 예수님이 오실 것을 예언했던 구약시대 선지자 입니다. 예수님의 죽음이 위에 언급된 말씀에 예견 되었습니다. -그가 괴로울 때도 그 입을 열지 않았습니다. 그는 죽음을 기다리는 어린 양 같았습니다-
