使徒保羅在他這封寫給加拉太教會(在今希臘)信中提醒那里的人要活出基督的真道,因為在末日審判時要根據他們過去的所為。 諺語““you reap what you sow”也由此而來.(種什么收什么)。種好的收好的,播惡種的收惡果。在漢語中也有類似的諺語,如“種瓜得瓜,種豆得豆。”無論你過去行好的還是壞的,將來都要償還。
