“Pride goes before destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall. Better to be lowly in spirit and among the oppressed than to share plunder with the proud.” (Proverbs 16:18-19) “驕傲在敗壞以先,狂心在跌倒之前。心裡謙卑與窮乏人來往、強如將擄物與驕傲人同分。” (箴言16:18-19)
